Steven and Laura Smith are the founders and Team Leaders for Team Smith with The Market Real Estate Co.  Steven jumped into Real Estate Career in 2004 as a buyer’s agent for Re/Max Excellent Properties, which was the top-producing team in the state of Louisiana and ranked as high as the number 33 producing team in America.

In 2011, Steven and his wife, Laura, moved on from being on a team to starting their own team at Re/Max First in Baton Rouge. From 2012-present, Team Smith has been one of the top 10 producing teams in Louisiana, and from 2016-present has been recognized by Real Trends of The Wall Street Journal as a top 1% producing team in the United States.
